Together with partners, we invest in asset classes and strategies that we know well from our own experience and that we are convinced of.
Aventra Real Estate Investment Management
Our first investment is a founding stake in Aventra REIM, a Frankfurt-based investment and asset management platform focusing on food-anchored retail properties in Germany — a defensive, high-yielding market segment with compelling structural growth drivers.
I am the founder and managing partner of Obsidian Advisors.
As a Senior Real Estate and Alternative Investment Executive with over 20 years of experience in the institutional investment world, I advise investors and companies in demanding projects and investment decisions.
My in-depth investment expertise across the entire real estate lifecycle and various asset classes is proven by a transaction and senior financing volume of several billion euros, as well as many years of governance responsibility as an AIFM board member and conducting officer in Luxembourg. Most recently, I was the head of an AIFM, responsible for the supervision of over 35 AIFs.
I pursue a boutique approach combined with analytical rigor, structural excellence and regulatory depth – a competence that real estate companies, family offices and private investors value highly.
